1. Who provides this website

Metaprivate is published by DELİKTAS KURUMSAL İÇERİK AJANSI ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, registered in İstanbul, Türkiye with trade registry number 941596-0 and MERSİS number 0879120126000621, with its registered office at Altunizade Mah. Beştelsiz Cad. No 6 Kat 1 Daire 2
34500 Büyükçekmece / İstanbul. By reading the website you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Reading is free and requires no account.

2. What the website is

The website is an editorial publication. It exists to explain blockchain technology to a general audience: articles, guides, and profiles of the people who write them. It sells nothing, operates no service, holds no funds, and processes no transactions of any kind.

3. Educational content, not advice

Everything published here is general information written for education. It is not — and must not be read as — investment, financial, trading, legal, tax, accounting, or technical advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or use any asset, token, product, or service. Cryptographic assets can lose value entirely, and decisions about them are yours alone; where a decision matters, take advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation.

Articles about software describe how things work in general terms at the time of writing. They are not instructions for your particular device or situation, and the publisher does not provide assistance with wallets, accounts, funds, or recovery — neither through the site nor by correspondence.

4. Accuracy and corrections

The journal takes reasonable care to publish accurate work: articles are researched and reviewed, and each one shows when it was published and last updated. Technology moves quickly, though, and the publisher cannot promise that every detail remains complete, current, or error-free. When an error is confirmed, the article is corrected and the change is noted; the contact page explains how to report one.

5. Intellectual property

The articles, page designs, and graphics on Metaprivate belong to DELİKTAS KURUMSAL İÇERİK AJANSI ANONİM ŞİRKETİ or its authors and are protected by copyright. You may read, print, and share links freely, and you may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link to the original article. Republishing whole articles, offering them for download, or using the content commercially requires the publisher's prior written permission.

6. Third-party names and trademarks

Articles necessarily mention products, projects, and companies by name — wallet software, blockchain networks, and similar. All such names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify what an article is about. Their appearance implies no affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement in either direction: the journal is independent of every organisation it mentions, and none of them has reviewed or approved its content.

7. Sponsorship

The journal's only source of revenue is the sponsorship that may appear on the website itself. Any sponsored placement that appears is clearly labelled so you can always tell editorial content from paid content. Sponsors have no influence over what the journal writes, and a sponsor's presence on the site is not an endorsement of the sponsor by the publisher, nor of the publisher by the sponsor.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to disrupt or attempt to compromise the website, not to harvest its content by automated bulk scraping, not to misrepresent yourself as connected with the journal, and not to use the site or its name in anything unlawful or deceptive. The publisher may block traffic that abuses the service.

9. Liability

The website is provided free of charge and on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent the applicable law allows, the publisher accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on the content, from interruptions to the service, or from decisions made on the basis of what is published here. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for intent or gross negligence, or the statutory rights that consumer law in your country of residence grants you.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, and the courts of İstanbul have jurisdiction over disputes connected with them. If you live in the European Union or another jurisdiction whose mandatory consumer protection rules apply to you, you keep the protection of those rules and the right to bring proceedings where you live.

11. Changes and severability

The publisher may revise these terms when the website or the law changes; the review date at the top of this page shows the current version's date, and continued use after a revision means acceptance of it. If any provision of these terms proves invalid, the remainder stays in force.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms go to contact@metaprivate.org. The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy complete the picture of how the website treats its readers.
